One thing I did have time for was making my dress for this year's Performing Arts Formal! I started the dress less than twenty-four hours before the final, now THAT is Project Runway speed!

Beginning to drape the fabric.

Having problems with a puckering side seam at T-minus 20 hours

Experiments with the drape of the bodice at T-minus 10 hours.

Settling on a bodice drape at T-minus 4 hours.

Added straps, a zipper and doublestick tape about 30 minutes into the dance, good thing I don't mind arriving fashionably late!

It's backless! :O

Playing around with ways to drape and wear this so I don't flash the world!

Aaaaaand finished! Phew! There was a lot of scrambling at the last minute to find shoes, and a zipper, and something to use for straps, but I got it done and I rocked it out!
More coming soon, hopefully :)
Amazing collection.
